Eligibility for Returns

30-Day Return Period: Return most products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

Defective or Damaged Products: Notify us within 7 business days to receive a replacement or refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Unopened Products: Eligible for a full refund if returned in original, undamaged packaging within 30 days.

Non-Returnable Items: Used, opened, or tampered products are not eligible for return unless defective.

Return Conditions
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Items not in resalable condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns and exchanges.

Shipping Responsibility

Defective/Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping.

Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds: Processed within 10 business days after return approval.

Exchanges: Processed after return is received and inspected. Replacement availability may vary.
